| 1. | All exports are and
will be shipped by UPS (United Parcel Services) or by Fed Ex and will be fully insured
by them. We will also track the parcel until it reaches you. We will require that you acknowledge the receipt of the parcel by emailing us. If you receive a box that has visible signs of damage or tampering, make sure you have the delivery person fill out a damage report and NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. We will give you instructions. Following these guidelines is compulsory. |
| 2. | We DO NOT guarantee
that a diamond or a gemstone, after the date of the delivery, will
not chip, break, scratch or fracture. No stone, including a diamond can be
guaranteed not to break, chip, scratch or fracture. We also suggest that you insure your stones with a home owners type insurance policy that will pay for such mishaps, should they occur. |
| 3. | We will keep all
your private and personal information confidential. |
| 4. | Once we sell a
stone it cannot be returned or exchanged. We do our utmost to describe the
material to you and can supply more if requested by you. Tanzania has very
strict Re-import Laws. |
| 5. | We will ship only
after receiving payments. We are licensed Gemstone Master Dealers in
Tanzania and have three associate companies here. |
| 6. | All shipments are handled by UPS (United Parcel Service) or Fed Ex and can be tracked on-line on their web page www.ups.com. or www.fedex.com. |
| 7. | All shipments are
fully insured on leaving Tanzania by UPS or Fed Ex. All customs charges in the
country of Destination are handled by you. We will handle all local;;
customs charges, sealing charges, Royalties by the ministry of Minerals
here in Tanzania. |

contain: - Customs form - Invoice - certificate from the Ministry of Minerals from Tanzania. |
